CONSENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING MESSAGES

Vorontsovskie Ponds, 3, office 34/1. entrance 8, e-mail for requests: paevskayadesign@p-hd.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) your prior consent to receive advertising via telecommunication networks.
1. Contents and subject of consent
1.1. I agree to receive advertising information from the Operator, including information about the Operator’s products and services, special offers, promotions, events, bonuses and other marketing offers of the Operator, distributed over telecommunication networks.1.2. Consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous and is drawn up separately from other documents and consents.1.3. Providing this consent is not a condition for the purchase of goods and services of the Operator; refusal to consent to advertising does not limit the possibility of purchasing goods and services.1.4. I confirm that the contact information I provided: phone number, email, identifiers in instant messengers and social networks belong to me or I am authorized to use them to receive advertising messages and calls.
2. Channels for receiving advertising2.1. Advertisements may be directed and communicated to me through the following channels, depending on the contact details I have provided:
telephone calls to a telephone number, including calls, including using automatic dialing technologies and (or) playback of a pre-recorded message, if such technologies are used by the Operator and (or) persons involved by it;
SMS - messages to a phone number;
messages in instant messengers and social networks, including Telegram bot and personal messages, chats;
e-mail;
other electronic communication channels specified by me when interacting with the Operator, if they relate to telecommunication networks.
2.2. I confirm that I previously consent to receive advertising through the specified channels, including advertising calls.
3. Personal data used for advertising communications
3.1. For the purposes of sending advertising messages and making advertising calls, the Operator has the right to process my personal data to the extent specified in the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy, including:
last name, first name, patronymic (if available);
contact phone number;
email address;
identifiers, links to accounts in instant messengers and social networks.3.2. Actions (operations) with personal data necessary for advertising communications and recording consents, refusals: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction - within the scope of this Consent.
4. Processors and third parties
4.1. The Operator has the right to engage processors to send advertising messages and organize communications on behalf of the Operator if there is a legal basis and an agreement for the processing of personal data, in particular, the services specified in the Policy, including:
Bitrix24 LLC;
other processors providing telephony and contact centers on behalf of the Operator.
4.2. Telecom operators, banks, payment services and other entities can act as independent operators within the limits of their rules and agreements with the User.
5. Duration of consent
5.1. This consent is valid from the date of its provision until the moment of its withdrawal by me.5.2. Processing of personal data for the purposes of advertising communications is carried out until the User withdraws consent or refuses (unsubscribe).
6. Withdrawal of consent and termination of advertising
6.1. I have the right at any time to revoke this consent in whole or in part through individual communication channels:
by sending a notification to the Operator's e-mail: paevskayadesign@p-hd.ru;by using the unsubscribe or opt-out function, if provided in the appropriate channel;
declaring the refusal during a telephone conversation (when calling), demanding to stop advertising calls and other advertising communications to my number.
6.2. The operator stops sending advertising and making advertising calls to me without delay from the moment of receiving my refusal.
6.3. Revocation of consent to advertising does not prevent the sending of communications necessary for the execution of the contract and the purchase, delivery and return of goods, and the provision of services.
7. Method of providing consent and confirmation of will
7.1. Consent is expressed by me by an explicit action that allows me to confirm the fact of its provision: by checking a separate checkbox and (or) clicking a separate consent button for advertising on the website of the Site Operator https://paevskayahomedesign.ru/, in the Telegram bot and (or) other unambiguous action in the interface, recorded by the Operator.
7.2. If consent is provided by a representative of the personal data subject, the Operator has the right to request confirmation of the representative’s authority.
7.3. The Operator records and stores information about the provision and withdrawal of consent to the extent necessary to confirm the fact of expression of will and protect the rights of the Operator.
