CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Confirming my full legal capacity and acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator - PAEVSKAYA HOME DESIGN LLC, INN 9728153168, OGRN 1257700140048, address: 117630 Moscow, st. Vorontsovskie Ponds, 3, office 34/1. entrance 8, email: paevskayadesign@p-hd.ru.
1. General conditions
1.1. Consent is given to the processing of personal data using automation tools and without the use of such tools.
1.2. Processing includes actions provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer by providing access and provision, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
1.3. Consent is given when using the site https://paevskayahomedesign.ru/, as well as when interacting with me on issues of delivery and return of goods, provision of services.
2. Purposes of processing and categories of personal data
2.1. Conclusion and execution of an agreement (public offer) and provision of access to materials and services.
Data categories: last name, first name, patronymic (if available), phone number, email address, information about the order, delivery of goods, services, account identifiers on the platform, history of requests under the contract.2.2. Pre-contractual actions on my initiative, processing of applications and requests, feedback.
Categories of data: last name, first name, patronymic (if available), phone number, email address, content of the appeal or message, other information that I provide in the appeal.
2.3. Processing payments, returns, accounting and tax accounting, compliance with legal requirements.
Data categories: last name, first name, patronymic (if available), phone number, email address, payment and transaction information, cash receipt information, order and payment IDs.
2.4. Technical support and ensuring the functionality of the site and platform, security and abuse prevention. Data categories: technical information, including IP address, device and browser information, date and time of activity, browser data files and identifiers, site events.
2.5. Posting reviews and materials with my image is subject to separate consent, if applicable and required by law. This consent does not constitute consent to the distribution of personal data.
3. Processors and recipients of personal data
3.1. I agree that the Operator has the right to entrust the processing of my personal data to processors if this is necessary to achieve the purposes specified in section 2, subject to compliance with the requirements of the law.3.2. As part of the operation of the site and delivery, the following may be used, in particular:
a) Yandex LLC, Yandex.Metrica service - web analytics on the site. Data categories: browser data files, identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, site events.
b) Banks, payment services, acquiring, installment payment services, fiscal data operator are independent operators within the limits of their role in payments and fiscalization. The procedure for their processing of personal data is determined by their documents and agreements with me.
4. Processing time
4.1. Personal data is processed during the term of the contract, as well as for three years after termination of the contractual relationship, if this is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, or if a longer period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Technical data, including browser data files and analytics identifiers, is processed within the periods necessary for analytics purposes and to ensure the operation of the site, but not longer than the periods provided for by the browser and services settings, or until the browser data files are deleted by me.
5. Withdrawal of consent
5.1. I have the right to revoke this consent by sending a notification to the Operator's email address: paevskayadesign@p-hd.ru.5.2. I understand that withdrawal of consent may result in the impossibility of concluding or performing a contract, as well as providing access to materials and services, if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or legal requirements.
6. Confirmation of familiarization and consent form
6.1. I confirm that before issuing this consent, I have read (read) the Personal Data Processing Policy located at: https://paevskaya-test.ru/privacy/.
6.2. I agree to consider my simple electronic signature under this consent to perform one of the following actions on the site:
a) placing a mark in the checkbox next to the text of consent to the processing of personal data and a link to the Policy;
b) clicking the button to submit the form, register, submit an application or pay if there is a consent text and a link to the Policy next to the form.
7. General
7.1. I understand and accept that these terms and conditions may be changed and/or supplemented by the Operator unilaterally without any special notice. The current version of the Consent is an open and publicly available document.7.2. If the subject of personal data or his representative withdraws Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
