CONSENT TO POST A REVIEW

This Consent applies to the posting and publication of a text review, rating, photograph and/or audio, video review, biometric data, links to your profile on social networks, messengers, name (nick) and other account data on social networks, messengers, which LLC "PAEVSKAYA HOME DESIGN", INN 9728153168, OGRN 1257700140048, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator,” may receive from the User after/during the purchase, delivery and return of goods, provision of services.

By checking the box next to the text “I agree to the publication of reviews” and/or clicking on the submit button of the completed online form, or by sending in a response letter “I agree to the publication of reviews”, you give your consent to the publication (distribution to an indefinite number of persons) of your reviews, comments and other data on the Internet and other public sources PAEVSKAYA HOME DESIGN LLC, INN 9728153168, OGRN 1257700140048 to post your review of the purchased goods and services provided by the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the “Review”).

1. You confirm that the Review was provided by you voluntarily, does not contain confidential information and reflects solely your impressions of the goods and services provided to you by the Operator.

2 You consent to the use of Feedback in the following forms:

posting on the official website of the Operator:Website https://paevskayahomedesign.ru/;

publication on social networks and instant messengers, including, but not limited to Telegram, VKontakte, etc.;

use in promotional materials, including banners, presentations, video reviews and printed publications;

other methods that do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3 You understand and agree that your Review may be used indefinitely, without paying you any compensation and with possible editing solely in terms of correcting grammatical and spelling errors without distorting the meaning.

4 You also consent to the processing of your personal data (full name, contact details, video review, biometric data, text review, rating, photographs and/or audio, video reviews, biometric data, links to your profile on social networks, messengers, name (nickname) and other account data on social networks, messengers) in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ dated 07.27.2006, exclusively for purposes related to the use of the Review, namely: to promote the Operator’s goods and services, increase confidence in the quality of goods and services, and demonstrate the experience of customers interacting with the Operator.5 This consent can be revoked by you at any time by sending a written application to the Operator’s e-mail address: paevskayadesign@p-hd.ru. In case of withdrawal of consent, the Operator undertakes to cease further use of the Review within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of the application.
